Now I've been playing a Rogue for over 3 years now, so I'm pretty sure I know all there is to know about them. So heres my thoughts on raiding as a Rogue.
First off, before you think about stacking Attack Power, like all the cool kids do, Agility is the primary attribute to a rogue, not AP, unless you plan on doing PvP and not raiding. AP is nice, but Agility gives both AP and Crit Rating and stacks with Blessing of Kings, unlike AP. The other VERY important stat to a Rogue is Hit Rating, which because of their Dual Wielding, require a hell of alot of. The Burning Crusade Hit Cap was 363 to never miss. Ya I know it's crazy. Now I don't expect you get too close to that, as it could completely gimp your other stats. I personally floathed at around 280-300 and managed to top DPS all the time, almost never missing.
A very important thing to stress to all who plan on playing as a Rogue, NO COMBAT DAGGERS! Combat Daggers is perhaps the most useless spec thats ever been invented that people still insist on using, don't do it! This brings me to some certain commandmants to a being a raiding Rogue.
The optimal raid spec is Combat Swords, followed by Fist/Sword, followed by Fists, then Maces, which i will provide a link for down below. Your main hand weapon must also be a slow one, as Sinister Strike, which is your main move, deals Weapon Damage plus X. Your Off Hand weapon, in contrast to the main hand, must be a fast one, for reason of a talent called Combat potency, gives a successful off-hand melee auto attack a 20% chance to give 15 energy, more energy=more combo moves=more finishers.
Because of Combat potency, it is said that for each .1 seconds faster an off hand weapon is, you can effectively add 10 dps to the weapons given dps.
Here is the link to the good Combat raiding spec with Killing Spree (which does work with Blade Flurry btw). I chose Fists only because that's what I'm using right now.

Enjoy, I'll be putting more classes up later.
