This post won't really cover rotations, as healing moves to use is obvious.
Paladin-Haste and Crit are invaluable for Paladins. Using Glyph of Seal of Light or Glyph of Seal of Wisdom depends on what you think you need to improve more, healing or mana efficiency.

Priest-Circle of Healing and Prayer of Mending are the moves used the most, but flash heals are to be used as well.

Shaman-Riptide and Chain Heal are most important, but Healing Wave and Lesser Healing Wave are used on the tank accordingly.

For Druids look at my post on Druids.
Enjoy.

Druids, the Furry Ones.
Druids are one of those classes that can fill all 3 rolls, Tank, Damage, and Healing.
Damage- Feral(Cat) or Balance
Tank- Feral(Bear)
Healing- Restoration...duh
Here is the Cat dps spec. Rotation is Mangle, Rake, Shred x 3, then Rip. A lot of you dmg is gonna be bleeds, and you're using Shred so stay at a position where its usable.

Moonkin, the caster dmg side of a Druid. While in Moonkin form, Insect Swarm, Moonfire, Starfire, Wrath is a decent rotation to use. Starfall can be used if needed.
http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?druid=5032103125331033213005311031000000000000000000000000000000205003312000000000000000000&glyph=202219050706&version=9626
Bear tanks are rather efficient, good dodge and high health, as well as being automatically defense capped without bonuses from gear, meaning you can put more into Stamina. Mangle whenever available, apply your 5 Lacerates, and Maul. You also have the nice "oh crap" buttons, Barkskin and Survival Instincts just in case. For Pulls with multiple enemies, I like spamming swipe.

Restoration Druids use the Tree of Life form and specialize in Heal over Time spells, and can make very effective healers for raid healing, but they can also do Main Tank healing.
This one is simple, use Rejuvenation, Regrowth, and Lifebloom as needed, lifebloom stacks as well. Wild Growth is great for healing multiple party members at once.

Ret Pallies and You!
Perhaps one of the most overpowered things in WoW, the almighty Retribution Paladin.
-Use Slow 2hand weapons
-no spell power gear
-Seal of Command for PvP or Leveling
-Seal of the Martyr(Alliance) or Blood(Horde) for raiding.
-Rotation: Judgement, Crusader Strike, Divine Storm, and Consecrate for best results, pop Divine Plea whenever possible to replenish mana quickly. If your target is undead feel free to throw Exorcism and Holy Wrath whenever possible. Hammer of Wrath when you can when target is below 35% health.
-Ret Pally build:

Let me clear something up about Warriors.
When I am bored, I sometimes check out other realms to see whats going on there, and to show my pro skills. Whilst on one of these servers, I saw a very interesting discussion about Warriors and whether they should dual-wield or use a 2h weapon, in the general chat of Elwynn Forest.
Most of them were way off.
Perhaps I can prevent you from making the wrong choices. 2-Hand weapons for PvP, Dual-Wield for killing NPC's. Simple, yes? Yet many get that wrong in their heads.
Arms, While a perfectly viable raiding spec, it is vastly superior in PvP. Your main move, Mortal Strike, causes a percentage of weapon damage plus an amount. Obviously having a slow weapon with high weapon damage yields the best results. Alot of people will try to dual-wield with this spec because of Bladestorm, which is a whirlwind that lasts longer than normal. Yes, whirlwind does dmg from both weapons, but when bladestorm is on its 1 1/2 minute cooldown, your mortal strikes meanwhile are gimped.
Here are the talent points. The weapon specialization is your choice.

Fury, best Raiding spec, not as good at PvP than Arms. 2 slow 2-hand weapons are good for this build. I would recommend for a dps cycle, Bloodthirst, Whirlwind, and when Bloodthrist crtitically hits, use slam.
